With two cards in your hand, 'Ace' can be either the value of 1, 10 or 11. Getting an Ace with a Picture card makes you straight towards 21, Blackjack. In some cases, double Aces wins triple of your bet because it is an extremely rare case.
Ace is a wildcard. It can also be either the value of 1 or 10 when you comes to obtain 3 cards. Meaning by getting and Ace, 5 and 6 makes you 21 as well.
